New Role Permission

It would be nice to have a permission called “Manage Exclusive Roles”. This would mean that this particular role can ONLY give roles that they were assigned, and not every single role below it. For example if you made a gaming server, with different team captains, you want those team captains to give their specific team role, and not others.
