Nitro was canceled before the certain data

I bought nitro at the day 11/13/2023 and for some reason i lost my nitro yesterday, Being that don't passed a month, I thank that's is a wrong cuz the right thing is the nitro be charged at the next month at the case 12/13/2023 so I think that y'all can resolve this or will be not possible to keep paying the nitro if don't fix this.
