Return Layout Toggle
Before today's/this week's update, the new mobile UI was an experimental toggle that people were able to opt out of. With this push to make it permanent, that toggle's gone now, and the usability of the app suffers for it. Why does it have to take so many button presses to do something that was possible with a few swipes or much less presses? I imagine it's a major blow to accessibility, as well.
Simply put, I would like for the toggle to come back. This UI is… not very good to say the least.

I absolutely despise the new UI. I am never updating the app again and if I am forced into the update I will fume for months and may actually delete the app. It looks awful in every conceivable way and I refuse to accept it. Bring the toggle back now.

I cant believe it forced it onto people (never had the option to toggle it lived in old discord layout till it abruptly changed) and it makes everything worse i cant find anything on this new layout and it’s so upsetting

PLEASE bring back the toggle. The new UI is so hard to use. I hate it. Who greenlighted this update?

Someone who doesn't know a damned thing about user experience and how users actually use the app clearly. New UI is unusable
