How to revert back to a previous version of Discord mobile app for Android users

I tried posting the instructions here over 4 hours ago, but it still says “pending approval” so I'm not hopeful that it will actually make it through. I also tried posting on Reddit, but it's also awaiting mod approval, and they have been removing a lot of posts over there, so I'm not counting on that, either. Instead, here are those same instructions on a comment… while it lasts. :/ This tyranny is sickening.
