Add the "+" button on the categories back to easily create channels

The whole new UI update sucks, but one of the WORST parts is on mobile (I haven't checked on computeryet to see if it applies too), the "+" button at the very end of the category button is gone. Now instead of just having to click it when I need to create a channel in that set category, I have to go to the Channels tab or hold my finger on the category to click the Add Channel button. I know this is a simple thing, but I still feel like it'd be good to have it back.

    Don't stop there, keep pushing them to put it back. We shouldn't have to deal with any of this.
