Add a volume bar to notifications tab in Discord client.

“You can adjust the volume in the volume mixer” - The volume resets to maximum when you re-open discord, not a viable long term solution.

This is the current notifications tab, with no options to change the notifications volume. Only options are to either enable or disable them.

I believe adding a simple slider for notification volume to the top of  this section would be helpful.
