    Having the exact same issue. I didn't receive any confirmation email or indication my ticket was ever received. My account is over 7 years old so unless I started using Discord at the age of 5 there's no reasonable way for me to be under 13. It's been 10 days and nothing but radio silence from Discord Support. I'm trying not to lose faith because I have hundreds of friends and years' worth of DMs/servers I can't afford to lose because of Discord's incompetence. 

    Hope you get your account back soon T-T

    Yeah it’s almost been 8 days in about 12 hours since my account was disabled. I have no idea if my ticket actually went through. Since you’ve already been waiting for 10 days, I have a little to no hope left I get my account back sooner. I really hope we could get some more assurance from the Trust & Safety team, because it’s very frustrating to get your account falsely disabled. I remember my old account to get disabled for the same reason a few years ago, and I got a response within a day.. I’m not entirely sure why it’s taking them this long to update and verify my age information, but from what I recall the ticket traffic is very busy right now. 

    I should have been received that information on this email in my opinion, but I did not. I contacted Help & Support on a different account to get this information. They can not provide information on the process of our tickets, because they do not have access to that. I again, really hope to get my account back ASAP and to just for everyone’s sake, get assurance our appeals will be dealt with appropriately.

     Mine JUST got unlocked an hour or so ago. So hopefully yours will be soon. Good luck! At least this is a good sign 😭

    Not comfortable sharing publically but I can tell you what I did

    -Submitted only one ticket

    -If there was any updated activity on the ticket I replied to the original one asking about it instead of making a new one

    -Left a voicemail for discord (found the number on pissedconsumer) 

    -Just waited even tho it sucks bc new tickets send you to bottom of queue

    -Pray probably

    They /should/ get back to you? Your account has 30 days before it gets deleted I believe. If you don’t get a response at all in the next few days you might wanna send a new ticket.

    I just got an email back. They didn’t like handle my ticket yet but they merged all my requests into one ticket. I think I should get a response anytime soon so I’ll update.

    Yeah discord wont answer either. My account was disabled for no reason and they didnt give me a time to when it would be up again or if it was gone permanently or not It just logged me off and said it was disabled no reason no time no email no messgae No nothing. Quite unfair how there are actual accounts who do spam and are underaged.

    5 days still disabled. I am worried i wont get real person help get it back and just bot again. witch means my account for last 3 years disabled and deleted eventually for no reason.

    Hello I have the same problem. I have  made a ticket and still no response. I need my discord not only for games and other things I also need it for work and I can’t do anything I really need help. I have my account also since years. I am very afraid that they deleted my account 😭
