Stop changing the exe path

When you change the exe path it confuses windows which thinks its a new app. The system tray icon hides. The firewall get a new rule (and they stack up). There's a big thread about it on reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/discordapp/comments/155whss/discord_routinely_hiding_in_system_tray_overflow/

  I 100% agree.  Please update the application at the same location and stop making sub-directories with the version number in it.
