Long Support Wait Times

I fell for a phishing scam, contacted support instantly. this was over 2 months ago and not a word from a human, I got a reponse once from a bot asking for information I had already sent them. this is a farce of a support team, what can I even do while my account from 2016 with nitro is puppeted around until it gets deleted? just sit on my hands I guess, meanwhile the discord team goes on without a care because people keep using the product. I just want my account back man… I'm literally a paying user…
