Stupid new "feature" Default status - Chillin tbh

This “Chillin tbh” default status when joining a voice channel has to be the worst new “feature” i've ever seen.   i don't want my status to show anything at all…. i generally stay online and i have status set to nothing since folks on other servers can see something… now if i get into a voice channel i automatically have a status… THIS IS HORRIBLE   Either give us an option to default it off or get rid of it

  Agreed, it's a huge invasion of privacy

  Make things like this disabled by default, people who want them can turn them on, you can't just automatically broadcast that I'm in a VC to everyone in every server I'm in, it's ridiculous

  Is there an option like Timeshare exit companies to set my status to nothing by default when joining a voice channel, as the current default "Chillin tbh" is undesirable for me?
