wish i had an idea of how long 'holiday season' is or how far back in the queue a request would be.
does adding your own “last activity” make it go to the back of the queue? would anyone seeing that ticket title think another person is already responding?

and you might be thinking i am a inpatient little kid for not waiting 2 weeks but seeing someone update the last activity feature 6 minutes after submitting a ticket and ultimately not get another person to say anything for 7 days is inherently frustrating. I have no idea if 7 days is a long time and has gotten my issues swept under the rug or if the bot would flag me for request spam because I didn't wait a month before submitting another ticket about the same issue. which is not an option for some of these requests.
what is the standard response time?
should there be a banner that shows a estimated response time for the season?
how many people are even available to help?
these are things only the staff would be able to answer I feel. plus if this was in place i feel like there would be less bots on twitter taking advantage of people venting their frustrations of how there has been no response yet by telling them to reply to some scam account on instagram because discords response team is “unreliable” and “will never answer” in their own words.
