Easier navigation with Quick Switcher

I use the Quick Switcher a lot, because it helps me navigate across places without having to move my mouse around. Typing on a keyboard is easier on my wrists than moving the mouse.

The Quick Switcher has results in a fixed prioritized order. It seems to always be: users first, then channels, servers, DMs.

It would be great if the matching channels and users in the current server could be prioritized. Perhaps users I have never interacted with could be reduced in priority. When typing `bal` I'd love to hop into the #baldurs-gate channel in my server, instead of being shown a bunch of users in a public server I've never talked to.

Second, the default screen of the Quick Switcher could be enhanced. Unread channels in the current server are shown, but unreads in other servers would be very useful. It saves the trouble of hunting for the white unread indicator by clicking on the server, scrolling to find the channel, then clicking on that. Unreads from the current server are already shown, this seems like an extension of what's already there. Channels/DMs with unreads are already shown in bold text, too.
