Why can't I talk to anyone at support?
For 2 months now I have been trying day after day to get in contact with someone at support to discuss issues with my account. Every time I submit a ticket it's immediately marked as solved and I'm sent an email basically saying “we don't want to talk or help, here's some options that you are currently trying, bye.”. Contact the corporate number and it goes to voicemail. Tweet the discord support page, nothing. I hate to sound like a rude and hateful person but it seems like the support is run by bots.
My account was hacked then disabled so now I've completely lost my account and the blame is put on me. I don't even know what the person who stole my account did to get it disabled and deleted but it's absolutely infuriating that no one seems interested in helping me. If they deleted it then they can give me the account back.

That's the experience 99% of people who try to contact “Support” regarding hacked accounts or account appeals have.

Why is it like this? Why do they solve tickets without sending a response to someone. Why have a support system in place if you're not going to help anyone?

I would have to say some people are having problem of discord often of talking and see message
