    this has happened to me as well. they do not care. there should be a class action lawsuit or something. 

    they just close the threads and mark them as solved and don't say ANYTHING. its criminal. my account was from 2016 and had so much history on it. it should be illegal to delete that much data without the users consent or a chance to export it.
