A litte annoyance with popout combined with text chat

Whenever A popout stream is on screen, and I wish to access the text chat for that voice channel, I am unable to have it appear in the non popout window. It might be a little hard to see what I mean, I censored everything because I did not get consent to share everything from the people in the channel I was in at the time. The left window is the popout window, with the stream. And the right one is the default window. The text chat blocks out half the stream whenever It is on screen. It would be nice if we were able to have it appear in the default window instead, if we want it to
