Account still "disabled" for being """underaged"""

I received two emails claiming that my discord was disabled for being under the age of 13 when I am 20. I have sent my information, ID, discord handle, email, phone number, everything but all my requests are instantly claimed to be “solved” when my account is still disabled. Only thing I can think of is that discord thinks that my request isn't coming from my email that my account was disabled on when it has been. But regardless, I have only been slapped with a “status: solved” within 2 minutes with no response or message explaining anything

    yup, same here! same person too. i commented on my most recently closed ticket to hopefully get a response and still nothing. it's really incredible how much they don't care.

    Same thing for me, same person and all, i cant even get an email back. This is getting ridiculous.
