Over 30 years old - underage ban

I already created a ticket with a photo. 
But it´s really a joke, if I verify many other profiles to my account with the same date. 
Like steam: Since 2009, paypal and much more. 
I am from 1993 and my account closed now for under 13.

That´s really sad.
