Discord support doing absolutely nothing.

Hi, over the last 4 days I have been trying to get my account, which was falsely disabled, enabled again, but because of the one small issue, which is that I no longer have access to the email that I created the account with (I usually use phone verification), all support has done is tell me that I need to send the appeal in https://dis.gd/request, but if I do, I get an immediate bot reply saying that I'm sending from the wrong email, just as I stated in the first appeal, I don't have access to that email, I have also been trying to get help through “general questions” but instead of giving me actual support in what I'm supposed to do, they just mark it as “solved” instead as seen here https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/42714880 .

    I've had the exact same thing happen to me, discord support does absolutely nothing and just locks threads without any help. It's worthless.
