Server direct messages privacy by role

I would like to prevent other members of servers from sending me direct messages without impacting the ability of server administrators or moderators from reaching me.  This feature could be implemented in such a way that we as users have the ability to specify a minimum role level to accept messages from or simply a hard cutoff of having an allow members slider and an allow moderators slider.
