Why my appeazl for underage ban is "solved"

I don't want to be account deleted, because i'll lost people i meet on discord etc.

  If you put more tickets under same issue, they'll get automatically marked as “solved” (except the first one) to avoid duplication. 

  You can provide them more information by replying to the first ticket, but i wouldn't recommend doing it too much because it pushes the ticket at the back of the queue (i don't think there's actually anything like that, but i wouldn't risk it if i were you).

  The best you can is wait patiently. But don't worry, if your account has been disabled recently only for violation TOS, it won't be deleted if you reach out to them. IF it's already pending deletion, it would still take like 30 days to get deleted.
