For anyone wondering what the ETA is for the discord ticket system: It took them 33 days to handle mine.
Context: Discord disabled my account due to 'being underage' (I'm not) and submitted a ticket to 'update my age information' During the time the ticket was getting processed I searched far and wide for an ETA and couldn't find one, so here's one for all the people still struggling with this issue.
(Just wanted to say it's fair enough they wanted to verify my age, just a little ridiculous it took them that long to get me my account back)

The hacker was able to change the email apparently, However, the “originally known as” is the same name I use here in the support. So that really is the only proof I have that it's my account. Well, that and my receipts for paying for Nitro if they can match up the billing numbers. However, discord support being what it is. I doubt they'll do anything. if I didn't have so many friends to stay in contact with on discord, I would drop this company. I've been paying for nitro since 2015. This is not the way to treat customers!!!!
