Soundboard change keybinding

I want to change the keybinding for Soundboard (CTRL + `)

If something that makes sounds and is an overlay and comes with a preset keybinding that you can't change or disable, it is hostile software design.

Please explain the strategy and decision making that went into shipping this feature like this.

Let's analyze here:

4 (or more) other similar posts suggested ranging several months into the past, all with a few upvotes, all without a response from Discord

and your support team asks me to make a feature request for it

What conclusion should I draw here?
