Discord Is Ignoring All Tickets
It's sad to say that one of the most used platforms has such an inefficient support system. My account was disabled on January 19th and I've opened tickets and all of them where either ghosted or apparently ignored. I've seen there's a lot of other users have the same problems with Discord Support. So now I and a LOT of other users are at risk of losing our accounts forever because of how INEFFICIENT this support system is.

Don't understand why someone wants to get rid of you so quickly and says their ready to help but all you get is silence. I know they would hate it if it was them being treated like this.

My account got hacked a week ago, an agent replied within a day, said that the safety team would look into it. It's been 10 days. Haven't got updates or anything since.

Good luck. I've been waiting 18 days with no response other than the initial auto messsge from clyde. support doesn't care so we're probably all screwed
