Hello I have the same problem. I have sent the ticket one day ago not a single response. I have my account also for multiple years.

Hey, I have the same problem. On February 5, I received an email that my account had been disabled for violating Discord rules - age. And not only me but also my friends. As many as 7 people were banned from one discord. I have been using Discord for several years and I am 23 years old, so I have never been banned from Discord, so I was surprised. Discord support hasn't replied for 3 days, I also wrote to e-mail but they send me here because they can't look at tickets sent here.

This is insane, Im also experiencing the same thing. Got the email about it this morning about 4 hours ago, sent in a request 1 hour ago lol. Im turning 25. Ive paid for nitro with my own credit card for years.

Discord needs to fix this unending loop. They allow for accounts to be temp or perm disabled with no reason or check, causes people to waste our time and their time and flood their queues with tickets. When all of this could be solved if they had a simple system in place to check. Oh is this person actually underage? Or maybe just allow us to submit photo id and have it analyzed by a bot like other organizations…. What a mess….

Been having the same issue for almost a month. Looks like I got 3 days until it gets deleted. So many instantly closed tickets, and the only response I've gotten was from a bot I think that just told me I had the wrong email (I didn't). Almost all my friends this happened to on the server I was on got their accounts back but not me.

I submitted 3 different images of myself holding my photo ID and all of the requested information, and some Discord staff member named “Nelly” was briefly assigned to each of my tickets, doing nothing before leaving them open and unattended.  So, at this point I'm now uncomfortable knowing any Discord employee can pop in and look at my tickets, see my ID photos, and potentially do anything with those images.  I don't know whether to just trust they won't be stealing that information for their own use and wait it out, or if I should consider filing an Identity Theft for a fraudulent request on Discord.  If my account gets deleted through their automatic deletion system since they disabled it, I definitely will be doing this, because at that point, they requested the information for no reason, which I feel is incredibly wrong and a potential threat to my identity.

Hirozz yeah, a more professional method of ID checking would be nice, and I feel like I've been exposed.  Either a well designed AI check, or a specialized employee role to handle it, rather letting numerous employees handle these cases would make me feel safer about it, but that's asking for a lot right now…  Guess we have no choice but to trust that an employee won't save the ID info for unknown reasons, but it's still messy, and too many people have lost their ancient accounts over something like this…  good luck!  keep us updated if you would!  I'll be doing the same.

All I can say to add to this is to be patient, and if your account was truly false reported and you complied to their ID request in email, you should be fine.  I think it is a misunderstanding that if Discord disables your account for any reason, you should get an email stating that your account is pending deletion, which I didn't get one of those, so I am assuming I would have had up to 2 years.  My account was in good standing, other than the report of being an underage user, so they just disabled it and waited for me to prove age.

It was about 9-10 days, which I stopped bothering them in tickets after like day 5 or 6.  Just be patient and wait it out, they're doing what they can and are likely still understaffed.
