Chat Support - Hacked accounts
I know it's been said before, but after my support experience so far, (And waiting for almost 19 days now to get a response, despite constant pokes and pleas for one little confirmation beyond automated messages) I feel like it's worth repeating this suggestion.
For more important situations like being hacked, there needs to be a better and faster way to reach out. If there was a live chat, I think that would reduce a LOT of stress and the bajillion tickets y'all have to get. And the negative feedback. You could have a bot filter out general questions as best as it can and have general support for customers who have simple questions, then another tier of support to help in those kinds of situations.
If you could have people chat in the moment they get hacked, accounts could be momentarily banned or suspended while an investigation takes place. Since people have cards and paypal accounts linked, this would help customers who eventually have the hacker try to buy nitro gifts for other accounts.

Great news, they finally responded! Bad news, they haven't read the times I've mentioned the hacker has made an account with my email address and put on 2FA…. I thought I had it :(

Good news friend, I got mine back. I think finally having someone ASSIGNED to my ticket is what got me there.
I believe in you, keep fighting the good fight. These people can't keep taking our stuff.

Wait WHAT?? The person deleted the account? This is exactly why we need faster support for this, because they shouldn't have access long enough to sell or delete accounts.

Spoopy Scruffy you have any luck with your account since 22 days ago? Mine was compromised on Feb 25 and I'm kind of in the same boat as you; my friend, who got hacked via my account, got his account back in 5 hours. Meanwhile, support keeps closing my tickets with no human response at all…
