New UI- Search Function

So I love to reread my old discord chats with my friends. But this new UI doesn't save my previous searches! I used to be able to click on search and immediately know where I left off last time I was reading, but now it's gone! Now I'm having to screenshot to have a reference to what I was reading and this SUCKS. I mean the layout change is going to take some adjustment, and while I don't like it I can live with it. But not finding my old convos as easily? That's a big problem.
