Trust and Safety Discord Service does not want to unblock my account or do I not understand something?

My account was disabled due to age, I sent a request, it was considered 'Completed' but in fact nothing has changed. Then I wrote a comment to this ticket with a screenshot of the fact that I still cannot log in to my account and that my problem has not been solved, as a result, they simply ignore my message and also close the application with the status 'Completed'. I repeated this about three times, with no result.
