To make a long story short, I said a joke which was clearly a joke. Basically along the lines of “bro chill I’m 10” when there’s a lot of proof that I’m not but end up waking up to my account disabled next day. Coming on here seems like many people have the same situation and many are not getting replied to. My account has early supporter I’m not really trying to lose it. Does anyone know a usual time frame staff takes to respond to tickets? My ticket id is #43225642

    Actual staff? Seems to be rarely. A bot response? A day to a week. I hope you get your account back, but it seems like it'll be a fight with them. Sorry I can't give anything better.

    Discord is horrible with actually helping people. It never does, it gives you a bot that tells you want you CAN do and if you write them back it's a wait. They need a chat with us system with actual people. I lost three accounts

    The best recommendation (not good) people in the know say is to include all proof in the first appea  message sent as that often is the only one anyone looks at
