Age Information Update; Not sure how to reply

Ok, so my discord got false disabled I think 10 days ago now; I got a reply 3 days ago and sent all proof and so on. The thing now is, they replied with:

Why is Discord asking for my birthday?

If you're unable to fulfill our requirements, then this is a permanent action and we will not reinstate the account. When you've turned the minimum age for your country, you'll be welcome to create a new Discord account.

Even though I am way over the age limit in my country, how should I proceed/reply? I just resent them per email, my Personal ID with my Discord Tag and my face to verify but I have gotten no reply in the last 36h! Please help as my account will reach the 14days disabling limit, and that is the time limit before my account gets permanently deleted, right? Thank you for your Support and Time!
