I was hacked a week ago and submitted a refund inquiry on Discord, but I haven't received any response.
A week ago, I was hacked and someone purchased Nitro. I submitted an inquiry on the same day, and after receiving a response stating they would process the refund, I replied to it. However, I haven't received any further responses since they said they sent a ticket to the support team. What should I do? It's already been a week.
Should I just wait?
