Does Discord even offer customer service?

I made a request two days ago for a refund for a premium app that I wasn't given access to. Dyno bot has no customer service and I can only assume that Discord doesn't either. Not answering a ticket after 3 days is terrible!

  pretty sure discord is not related do Dyno and you won't get a refund
