Discord T&S Experience - Read if your account was disabled.
I'm posting this for anyone who has had their account disabled to save them the trouble of waiting three weeks to get nowhere (even if they do respond). If you're account was disabled you are NOT getting it back. For three weeks I tried reaching out to Discord using every means possible (phone calls, emails, social media, the BBB, tickets), only to get a bot response or be completely ignored. The reason why my account was disabled, which I can only theorize as they never told me, was not something that I could control and not something they gave me any way to correct. My life for the past three weeks dealing with this platform has been hell. Today, after weeks of waiting, I finally get a response from Discord which I believe is a real human being (apparently rare enough here).

So, someone DOES look over responses, but there is obviously a few flaws here. One, had they read my ticket they would be able to CLEARLY see the situation and know for a fact it was not something I could control. Two, the bold and underline seems to indicate I'M the one annoying them, Three, I NEVER received an email and couldn't see a system DM about this issue because I can't login. And four, I can't access my account standing page because, again, I can't login. Even with a supposed human response you get a cookie-cutter answer with instructions that don't work.
This, plus the fact it took so long to even GET to a supposed human response, shows that Discord truly does not care about their users. If you're account was disabled, consider it permanently, banned. They don't care. Even if you get to a human, they won't help you. I've been a user for 8 years and now I have lost all trust and respect in this platform.

Their entire way of handling pretty much every ticket here seems to be unprofessional. I didn't spam tickets or requests, I didn't throw out insults. I thought I was completely professional in our interactions (well, MY interactions with them) and this is how they treat me.

you can see how unprofessional they are that they f*ckin use a game of thrones pfp in a TRUST AND SAFETY PROFILE for a multi bilionare company.

It seems to be act first and answer questions never. They will do something that tosses you in the gutter and they don't even have the decency to tell you why or pay attention to the circumstances. They know I am a good user because I have been one for 8 years. Not a single issue. And now I am banned for something I don't even know for sure. It's like getting fired from your job and given no reason as to why as they literally kick you out onto the street.

Thank you so much Im leaving a bad review on BBB for discord and I dealt with the SAME exact response and got banned for the SAME exact reasons. I commend you for your work and appreciate the time and effort you put into giving the users who relate to this issue some perspective on what we’re dealing with. Truly sucks

That show how they are not very supportive, and being rude to customers by mention the part that they actually read it, not gonna lie tho, even EA has better support than this case, as expected from the company which CEO need to have subpoenas smack in his face before go to court. Ignorant to the core.

Oh, one more thing I want to add onto this. I run/ran a moderately big server. Both myself and another admin on that server have asked Discord to at least transfer ownership from my account, which apparently is not being reenabled, to the other admin. Discord resolved my ticket with no response, as usual, and has blown off the other admin apparently. So, not even any assistance there.

From my experience some1 responded to my ticket like 16 days after being disabled. Like actually the Trust and Safety saying that my account's suspension was taken off , i was excited and i tried logging in but my account was still disabled, some hours later they said they send the msg by accident and they told me to verify again , this time not from a bot but also from them , right now im waiting for an answer.

Real glad im not going insane. I got an email saying my account wa suspended followed up by another email a minte later saying my account was disabled. this is the exact response i get when emailing them, like lol review what account standing page if i cant even log in?

Im still praying they reinstate my account, discord is my source of income and if it get deleted this would be horrific.

Been waiting 3 days but I already know the outcome. Discord NEVER reinstates accounts. They don’t care about their users

I agree with the act now and answer never. Seems backwards to disable someones account and give them a 30 day window to resolve it when the user, 99% of the time, is met with copy and paste BOT messages. It's almost as if all of discord staff that works in trust and safety never heard of the saying think before you do. Also quite ironic I get banned 4 days before they start rolling out the warning system which imo should've been instated in the early stages of discord not years down the road. Had a server I owned as well with some friends and when I used a seperate account to see if I can transfer ownership they responded immediately, as if they pick and choose what they want to resolve. Thanks Discord for forcing me to appeal to a vague email only to end up losing all my shit anyways, really shows yall care.

I had my account since 2019 and yet Discord decides to falsely disable my account over something that I did not even do at all, I didn't log in to my account and do something where I could get banned, but nope, they straight up disabled my account over something I didn't even do.
