Disabled account for being "underage" and support isn't answering.

    I also am facing the same issue. I got my age verified the previous year(SEPT 2023) but yesterday my account got disabled for the same reason of being underage. I have raised a ticket and the status being shown is solved but I haven't gotten a response from them . I have messaged them on Twitter but they are yet to revert to the message I sent them on Twitter. Did u like instantly get a reply on Twitter?

    If it's marked as solved, you probably made duplicated tickets they just detect is as a spam. And they respond pretty quickly on Twitter yeah but u don't get the most helpful responses..

    n how do I get in contact with discord on twitter? Also, did you recover your account?

    Hey Beheix  I infact recovered my account successfully an hour ago.

    And you just send them a dm on their main called “discord”, they usually respond within 30 mins but the answers aren't the most helpful.. Worth a try if you wanna know if your ticket is still being reviewed etc..

    Same guys, my account is also disabled for age reasons, just waiting on an assigned member of staff to take a look at my documents.. Been disabled for a few days now, looking grim rn

    when you made your ticket, did anyone get an email back saying the usual “Just to confirm, do you already have an open ticket about the same issue”? didnt get an email back after making the ticket

    After creating your ticket, did you receive an email confirming whether there was already an open ticket regarding the same issue? I didn't receive any email after submitting the ticket.
