Search should be less 'fuzzy'

Currently, the search function is WAY too fuzzy. 

Search terms like “Carly” match to people talking about cars, “Julie” matches “July” (and matches a link to an artist named “julis-rocks”)…. 

Enclosing the search in quotation marks, which is USUALLY shorthand for “Exactly this”, does nothing. 

Please reduce the fuzziness. “Car” should match ONLY “car”, “cars”, “car's” and other variations where the root word is ACTUALLY “car”, and not “Carly”, “carpet”, “cares”, etc.
