Account suspended due to "being under the age of 13"

My account has been suspended due to “being under the age of 13”, but I am 18. I said “I am 12” as a joke to my friends since we sometimes joke about an age. Discord flagged this comment as a reason to suspend my account, but I haven't done anything wrong. I have a request open for almost 5 days. Should I be worried? Other requests I've made have been “solved”, but nothing happened. Their Twitter and Facebook accounts do not respond either. Is there anything else I should do or is waiting the best option?

Discord solved the issue today! It took 5 days which I am really grateful for! I guess I was just a bit stressed about it for nothing

what did you say to them for them to respond, I've been waiting for 3 days now without a response

I sent them a photo of myself, my ID and my username on paper. I addressed the situation and remained polite and thanked them for their help and understanding. The support will probably look at your request in a few days. I worried about it as well but they really try their best to respond. Just remain patient and don't send too many requests!

I submitted three. My first request remained “open” which I assume was in the queue for being reviewed. The other ones were closed immediately because I assume they close unnecessary, extra requests. As long as your first request remains “open” I think you should be okay and it will be reviewed soon

Hey, I have the same problem, my first request annoyingly got closed, so did all my others. I replied to one of mine, mentioning that it had falsely been closed, not gotten anything back from discord. First request was over a week ago, dude. Any ideas?
