Lack of support.

I recently had a email from discord i was perm banned thinking this is a fake email.

I tried to open discord and to my suprise im perm banned.

Im like no big deal lets just send off a review, almost instantly closed ticket saying u broke terms no unban.

No reason given, no context given. Just a AI / BOT reply?

Confused as ive never broken a rule or posted bad shit. 

Can a real person at discord just be a man / women / they / them and type a clear reason why i was banned and actually read i wasnt using that account since october 2023.

Im dumbfounded at the complete zero support or clairity discord as a compqny provid.

I have showen images of my email being attacked, i have shown the IP of said person accesssing my accounts.

If u have proof i broke rules please drop a smackdown here below.
