Lack of Real-Time Support paths is detrimental to good assistance.
Just wanting to provide feedback that due to the lack of any real-time support options, the available support channels are woefully lacking.
Getting 1 support message in maybe a 24 hour period is a terrible support model in this day and age.
If I can reply back to a message that was posted seconds ago, why do I have to wait up to 24 plus hours for a reply?
