Avatar Decoration Options Suggestion

I think it would be nice to have more options for purchased decorations such as being able to toggle the animation on or off according to how you want to use it. A lot of the decorations tend to cover up larger portions of the uploaded avatar, sometimes even in the center, so it would also be convenient to hide certain parts so that the actual avatar isn't covered up, essentially being able to toggle certain parts of the decoration on or off. Another great option would be if more of the decorations acted as a frame going completely around the avatar rather than overlapping and covering parts of them up. Being able to view your avatar in relation to your decoration when uploading a new avatar image would also be really helpful in making sure the avatar and decoration line up correctly.
