Horrible customer service

All they do is just sit around for a couple days and when they feel like it they respond with the most basic chat gpt then fall off the face of the earth 
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
i have sent more than enough proof-
i have waited a week  (still just automated responses)-
i CANNOT be that hard to find competent staff-

    I came here to say this. 

    Worst customer support I have ever had to deal with, they dont care about my problem, they dont care how much proof i provide, I GET USELESS BOT ANSWERS THE ENTIRE TIME AND ALL OF THISD BECAUSE SOMEONE FALSELY REPORTED ME

    Lol my account with loads of decorations and 6 months of nitro got hacked and i've been waiting over a month for a response from discord these guys just don't care.
