Let us use dynamic timestamps in polls

In the new polls feature it would be very helpful if we could use dynamic timestamps (i.e. <t:1711460700:t> )

They are very good for coordinating times across time zones. Letting people vote on times that work for them is a very real use case for polls. (We would definitely use it on one of my servers)
