Terrible support
It’s been nearly 2 months since my discord account was stolen and my credit card was used to boost a server. discord has still not given me a response. Luckily my bank responded quickly canceled my card and helped me with a dispute to get my money back. I ended up just making a new account with a new email. Great software I use it everyday. But good luck if someone manages to steal your account and uses your credit card. discord will give you an automated response and then not bother to help you in any way. Horrible customer support I really expected better.

I have almost the same problem as you, but I do not know the bank and I was scammed and my account is closed and Discore is not responding for 5 days now.
