Being charged while cant use nitro?

I hope this message reaches the Discord staff team as well.

I've encountered an issue where I'm being charged for Nitro despite not being able to use it because my account has been disabled by the Discord staff. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take any action to prevent this, even though there was Nitro subscription on my account.

I submitted a support ticket in hopes that the staff would address the issue before I was charged, but as I'm still facing this problem, I'm writing this message.

I'm puzzled as to why I'm being charged $9.85 for what was initially a "free" Nitro subscription for 3 months, through an discord collab offer from Alienware or similar.
