Private Forums

In my community server I have had some issues with people in my server harassing and guilting others for posting in certain forums but not responding in theirs. Regardless of anyone's reasons, if there was an ability to make private forums to allow just the people directly involved in the forum (and mods) to see it, that would go a long way toward making it just a bit harder to harass people.

Or even just the ability to add private/public threads in forums would probably help as well.

  Great idea @merge fruits. I also think that we should add private/public threads.
