Option for NSFW content report and better fix report button

Two issues that I wish need fix.

1. Fix the report button as whenever I reported like each spambots (once, not mass report), they still stay over a week.

2. Have a NSFW content report option (that isn't related to attack, hack, etc).

Yesterday I submitted a ticket regarding questioning if the innuendo images are allowed or not and also state that the report button doesn't have options that fits it (even ‘other’ doesn't match). So far all I had was a simple,

Not sure if that's auto message and even I replied back, ticket went to ‘solved’.

    I also want to add the help article doesn't tell me for NSFW ones but only other stuff. 

    It's also concerning if the server mods are lax or inactive and the report button doesn't handle the user after or almost a week, then this would harm the normal users as well the community.
