add proxy to discord

if proxy added to discord we can use proxy into discord like telegram or other apps

  We really need to add proxy to discord. Our country is restricted(filtered) discord. So if we want to use the windows app, it should tunneled whole the device that is not well.
  
  Proxy is a common feature in most apps.
  Please add it.
