Why is No one Talking to me? how do I get in contact with anyone?

I was hacked and I've been waiting on my ticket for about a month and NO ONE has contacted me. I've been sent nothing but bot responses even when I make new tickets. I Just wanna know how long I have to wait and if someone can help. Is there anyway to contact Discord support other than Tickets? I tried Twitter Messages and DM's.

  I wish I had as much time as you lol. I have one more week before my account gets deleted. All I need is discord to talk with me.
