[Request] Separate slider for notification volume

Problem: I don't know if this is intentional or not, but my friend's VC volume is low and I have the user volume and Discord output volume set to 200% during the call, but then the notification sound becomes ear-splittingly loud and annoying.

What I tried: The volume mixer on my PC (Windows 11) has two sliders corresponding to VC volume and notification volume, so I changed only one of them.

Result: Every time I rebooted, it unified to one or the other, which was very inconvenient (either back to the original volume or unified at a lower volume.)
