Optional message settings

Users should have the option to receive messages from anyone (not just from shared servers) like a option to receive messages from anyone without having to send them a friend request/ share a mutual server, of course for anyone who doesn’t want this setting there should be other options to receive messages from just friends, or mutual servers etc. kind of like other social network platforms
