Content Report System

I feel like it would be very helpful to have an *additional feedback* textbox when reporting content to allow usees to provide an explanation as to why they find content reportable. The selection of categories is not all-inclusive and like many report systems, it can be hard to find a category that actually fits what you're trying to report.
