Discord support literally sucks
My account got hacked 4 days ago on may 4 2024. I’ve made 3 tickets. The hacker enabled 2FA on the account so I can’t even change the password to get in. EVERY RESPONSE I GET FROM DISCORD SUPPORT IS A BOT TELLINF ME TO PUT THE BACKUP CODE THAT I RECEIVED WHEN I ENABLED 2FA. I stated in the tickets and the ticket title that I did not enable the 2FA yet they still tell me the same bs. It’s so frustrating. I’ve had that account for 6 years and for 4 of those years I had discord nitro. This situation stressed me out so bad that I literally got sick and I want to throw up every time I think about it. Discord support needs to do better. I don’t understand why there is even an option to say whether the hacker enable 2FA or not if they’re not even going to do anything about it! I even called the discord inc. number and was led straight to voicemail. Discord I think I speak for everyone when I say this, FIX YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM.

Just tell them, you've lost the code backup. And ask them to forward to the relevant team, because Discord Support is only customer service
